Join our innovative DevOps Engineering team Customer experience is at the forefront of everything we do. To help us build functional systems that improve customer experience, we are now looking for an experienced DevOps Engineer. This candidate will automate the build and deployment of product updates, identify production issues, and implement integrations that meet our customers\' needs. We\'d love to speak with you if you have a solid background in DevOps engineering. As a Sr DevOps Engineer, you will be responsible for: Building and setting up new development tools and infrastructure. Understanding the needs of stakeholders and conveying this to developers. Recommend, implement, and maintain continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipeline templates and best practices. Manage, develop, and implement solutions to further expand our use of deployment and test automation technology across the organization following business objectives. Serve as a primary point of contact and subject matter expert for application deployment-related issues, concerns, and needs. Effectively translate use cases and requirements into repeatable processes and system designs. Working with software developers and engineers to ensure that development follows established processes and works as intended. Current with industry trends, IT ops, and industry best practices, and able to identify the ones we should implement. To be successful in this role, you will: Have a bachelor\'s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, plus five or more years of experience working with CI/CD, security, and test automation. Have experience automating deployments with AWS DevOps or Azure DevOps. Have a working knowledge of databases like SQL. Have proficiency with PowerShell, Bash or other scripting languages Be familiar with monitoring & alerting capabilities with an industry-leading tool like Datadog. Expertise in many of the below DevOps tools is desired: Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) Tools: Jenkins, Azure Pipelines, GitHub actions, etc. Containerization and Orchestration Tools: Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift, etc. Cloud Platforms: Amazon Web Services (AWS), Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud Platform (GCP). Monitoring and Logging Tools: Nagios, Datadog, Grafana, Prometheus, etc. Source Code Management Tools: Git, SVN, etc. Virtualization Tools: VirtualBox, VMware, Docker, etc.
