ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Core Skills Responsibilities: - Design, build, and maintain robust CI/CD/CT (Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery/Continuous Testing) pipelines for application deployments. - Implement and improve automation processes to streamline software development, testing, and deployment workflows. - Utilize DevOps tools such as Azure DevOps, Jenkins, and other relevant technologies to orchestrate CI/CD pipelines. - Work closely with development and operations teams to ensure smooth and efficient collaboration throughout the software development lifecycle. - Configure and manage Azure Cloud resources for application deployment, including container registry, App Services, and other relevant services. - Manage and maintain source code repositories, such as GitHub, Bitbucket, or other version control systems. - Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) principles using tools like Terraform, Azure Resource Manager (ARM), or other relevant technologies. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement security practices and secure coding principles throughout the CI/CD pipeline. - Implement and enforce security measures, including vulnerability scanning, code analysis, and security testing within the DevOps processes. - Monitor and troubleshoot production systems, identifying and resolving issues related to deployments, performance, and availability. - Stay updated with the latest advancements in DevOps, cloud technologies, and security best practices. Must-Have: - Solid experience in building CI/CD/CT pipelines and implementing DevOps practices. - Proficiency in DevOps tools such as Azure DevOps, Jenkins, or similar technologies. - Experience managing Azure Cloud resources for application deployment, including Container registry and App Services. - Familiarity with source code repositories like GitHub, Bitbucket, or other version control systems. - Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) principles and experience with tools like Terraform, Azure Resource Manager (ARM), or similar technologies. - Understanding of DevSecOps principles and experience integrating security practices into CI/CD pipelines. - Experience with security scanning tools, code analysis, and security testing practices. - Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills in a production environment. - Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Preferred: - Relevant certifications in DevOps, cloud technologies, or security. - Experience managing multiple environments (e.g., development, testing, staging, production). - Knowledge of other automation and configuration management tools such as Ansible or Chef.
