Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled DevOps engineer that has experience in building and maintaining complex Azure cloud environments. Candidates should have experience dealing with CI/CD pipelines, Azure Active Directory, Azure SQL, Version Controlling, and various other Azure instances as well as Linux and Window packages. Responsibilities

• Deploying, automating, maintaining, and managing production and development environments, to ensure the availability, performance, scalability, and security of systems.
• Suggesting architecture improvements, recommending process improvements.
• Evaluate new technology options and new products.
• Ensuring critical system security through the use of best security approaches.
• Building and supporting infrastructure systems throughout their conception, development, and ongoing operational support.
• Helping to develop process documentation, deployment procedures, and monitoring activities.
• Working with development teams to Implement DevOps principles, practices, and methodologies.
• Writing and maintaining documentation on infrastructure, systems, and disaster recovery procedures.

Skills Required

• Azure experience with using a broad range of Azure technologies (e.g. VM, AD,CI/CD Pipelines) to develop and maintain an Amazon AWS based cloud solution, with an emphasis on best practice cloud security.
• Scripting Skills: Strong scripting (e.g. Bash), VCL (Varnish Configuration Language) and automation skills.
• Experience and familiarity with data-serialization languages like JSON, YAML.
• Operating Systems: Window and Linux system administration, Windows is nice to have.
• Monitoring Tools: Experience with system monitoring tools (e.g. Nagios, NewRelic).
• Problem Solving: Ability to analyse and resolve complex infrastructure resource and application deployment issues.
• Fundamental understanding of load-balanced and highly available infrastructure systems.
• Version Control: Experience administrating version control systems such as GIT, Bitbucket, GitLab.
• Networking: Understanding network topologies and common network protocols and services (DNS, HTTP(S), SSH, FTP, SMTP).
• DB administration experience, especially MSSQL, Cosmos DB.
• Experience and familiarity with .Net and .net Core and MSSQL configuration and optimization.
• Familiarity with .Net
• Experience and familiarity with CDN, Cloudflare, Fastly.
• Experience with project management software like Slack, Asana, Jira, Confluence.
• Excellent troubleshooting.
• Containerisation orchestration such as Kubernetes, Containerisation such as Docker.
• Development experience in .Net.

Experience

• 4 - 6 years of Azure and DevOps experience.
• Azure certs are a plus.
• Ability to demonstrate deep knowledge of Azure and Window.
• Knowledge of AWS and Google Cloud.
• Experience with .Net , C#, JavaScript, React, and other server-side application languages is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary: 500,000.00 - 900,000.00 per year Benefits:
