We are looking for an experienced Dev-Ops engineer with AWS experience to improve software development and release lifecycle efficiencies by modernizing our processes & workflows and building and maintaining a robust Continuous Integration/Deployment pipeline. As an AWS DevOps Engineer, you will be responsible for implementing and managing continuous delivery systems, automating security controls and compliance processes, deploying monitoring and logging systems, designing highly available and scalable infrastructure, maintaining tools for operational automation, and driving the adoption of DevOps best practices and updates.

YOUR ROLE

• Managing infrastructure components such as S3, ECS, RDS, IAM, Route 53, ElasticSearch, DocumentDB, and CloudWatch etc.
• Ensuring high availability and reliability of AWS services.
• Monitoring and optimizing production servers using AWS CloudWatch.
• Deploying and managing virtual machines, containers, and serverless functions.
• Configuring and maintaining networking resources, security groups, and load balancers.
• Establishing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using Bitbucket and other tools like Jenkins.
• Integrating source code repositories with Git for version control and collaboration.
• Setting up and managing monitoring and logging systems using AWS CloudWatch.
• Troubleshooting and resolving deployment and application performance issues.
• Documenting system architecture, configurations, and processes.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams for streamlined operations and project execution.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• 2+ years of relevant experience
• Proven experience in working with AWS services, including S3, ECS, RDS, IAM, Route 53, ElasticSearch, DocumentDB, and CloudWatch etc.
• Strong knowledge and proficiency in Git for version control.
• Demonstrated expertise in configuring and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using Bitbucket and other tools like Jenkins.
• Experience in monitoring and logging systems, preferably using AWS CloudWatch
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Outstanding documentation and collaboration abilities.
• AWS Certification is a plus.
• Exposure to any programming language will be an added advantage.
