Job Description

• 4+ years of experience in DevOps, system administration, or infrastructure management.
• Excellent communication
• Hands on experience on Salesforce commerce cloud
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Experience with containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
• Solid experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, CircleCI, etc.).
• Expertise in monitoring, logging, and alerting tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, Datadog, New Relic, etc.).
• Programming & Scripting Skills:

• Strong scripting skills in Python, Bash, or similar languages.
• System Administration:

• Proficiency in Linux/Unix and Windows server administration.
• Deep understanding of networking, firewalls, load balancers, and DNS.
• Problem Solving:

• Excellent troubleshooting skills with the ability to identify, diagnose, and resolve system and application issues.
• Strong understanding of monitoring, alerting, and logging practices.
• Collaboration & Communication:

• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

• Experience with cloud-native technologies such as Kubernetes, Helm, and serverless architectures.
• Familiarity with observability tools like Prometheus, Grafana, and ELK Stack for monitoring and log aggregation. New Relic is preferred.
• Knowledge of database technologies (SQL, NoSQL) and their management at scale.
• Experience with version control systems (Git, GitHub, GitLab).
