World\'s largest Healthcare company is going through Customer experience transformation and Miratech is the trusted partner in this journey.

Transformation of traditional call center systems and processes to an omnichannel for our consumers, providers, and agents. Our capabilities are a constant evolution of features and functions to support business needs.

We are doing myriad of projects across the spectrum of client\'s CX estate, including development and implementation of routing/TVR strategies across various lines of business, BOT development middleware, digital development for omni-channel experience, agent desktop creation and customization for various line of business demands, support the business architecture team, migrations off legacy systems, digital expansion including LivePerson implementations as well as contact center production control and operations.

We are looking for a DevOps Engineer who will join remotely to our US healthcare client.

Responsibilities

• Design and implementation of automation workflows using Ansible, for configuration, management and applications, improving the system efficiency and processes.
• Write and maintain reusable, testable, and efficient code to improve system operations.
• Provide technical leadership in the planning, design, and review stages of software and system development projects.
• Develop innovative solutions to complex automation challenges while maintaining a focus on security and compliance.
• Troubleshoot issues related to automation and provide timely resolution.
• Conduct regular audits of systems and software, assessing the functionality and efficiency of all automation processes.
• Establish KPIs and metrics to measure the effectiveness of automation initiatives, and prepare reports for management review
• Participate in the development and enforcement of automation standards and procedures.
• Manage risk within the organization by ensuring all necessary compliance and security standards are met within the automation processes.
• Provide technical assistance to other team members as needed, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and collaboration.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their operational needs and identify automation opportunities.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in automation and incorporate them in strategies as appropriate.

• 4+ years of professional IT experience (system administration, software development, or a combination ), with steadily increasing responsibilities.
• 2+ years of experience designing and building highly distributed, reliable systems.
• Extensive knowledge of Linux/Unix administration and scripting languages such as Python, Shell, or Perl.
• Experience with AWS cloud technologies and services, additional hands-on with Azure, or Google Cloud is an advantage
• Significant experience with Ansible for automation, configuration management, and orchestration.
• Bachelor\'s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline, or equivalent past experience.
• Proven experience in software development with a strong command of object-oriented principles
• Understanding of network protocols, firewall management, and database administration.
• Knowledge of DevOps practices, including CI/CD, and tools such as Jenkins, Docker, or Kubernetes.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with an ability to handle complex system issues.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with security principles and how they apply
• Strong understanding of ITIL processes.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently, demonstrating a strong sense of ownership and commitment to achieving results.

• Undergraduate Degree or 4-7 additional years relevant work experience
• Health Care industry experience.
• Certifications such as the Red Hat Certified Engineer (RHCE) or Ansible Automation Certification would be advantageous.
• Proficient in one or more programming or scripting languages.
• Previous Automation Engineering experience.
• Mixed skill set of system administration/operations and development.
