SUMMARY

As an ENGINEER II, you will report to the Sr. MANAGER. Need 4 to 7 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience working as SRE with knowledge on open source, telemetry, monitoring and CI/CD tools such as TFS, Azure DevOps (ADO), Jenkins including creating/troubleshooting new build/release pipelines. Should be flexible to work in SHIFTS.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Excellent troubleshooting skills and ability to learn new technologies and adapt to it.
• Provide Governance & oversight to guide implementation towards solution delivery.
• Guide & mentor, the team to successfully deliver the projects.
• Excellent communication & collaboration skills.
• SME in build & release, automations, CAAS & various other technical capabilities. Develop to execute automated builds & releases, benchmark the industry standards & processes to ensure efficient and quality delivery and deployments.
• Contribute to and review deployment plans; schedule the installation of new modules, upgrades, and fixes to the production environment.
• Leading analytical & design activities with approved/validated technologies in par with the organization standards and vested approaches and methods.
• Aligns IT security and IT operations teams to ensure that all processes, including DevOps processes, can operate safely and securely.
• Knowledgeable of clustering technologies, server farming techniques, load balancing, F5 Big IP or other hardware load balancing.
• Experience with Disaster Recovery techniques including backup and restoration technologies, replication strategies, fail-over and recovery.

• 5+ years systems LINUX support experience in an IT environment, preferably in a technical industry (Server Deployment, Monitoring & Support)
• 2+ years in AWS/OCI/GCP
• Experience in ANSIBLE & Ansible Towers (Playbook, Inventories, Scheduling, Repo etc)
• Knowledgeable of clustering technologies, server farming techniques, load balancing, F5 Big IP or other hardware load balancing.
• Experience with Disaster Recovery techniques including backup and restoration technologies, replication strategies, fail-over and recovery.
• Experienced with automation technologies for rapid deployment of server builds and software deployment.
• In addition, knowledge on SRE process, Monitoring, Telemetry & CI/CD (AzDevOps) and IAC tools - Terraform.
• Experienced with installation/configurations on Apache, Samba, FTP, NFS, LDAP.
• Demonstrated project management skills.
• Ability to work overtime when necessary.
