• Drive engineering teams to converge towards Sec Dev ops best practices around cloud native applications, Kubernetes and other SaaS / IaaS platforms
• Collaborate with business analysts in clearing points of confusion, project scope, identifying short falls of business
• GoCD tool experience is must
• Develop action plans to address areas needing improvement
• Provide support to business units and ensure that stakeholders are well informed of the progress as well as of the risks.
• Ensure that the team adheres to policies and procedures that are compliant with bank and regulatory policies
• Champion the CI / CD methodology and tooling, which will include the containerized and non-containerized applications, using Jenkins, ArgoCD, goCD etc.
• Continuously be on the lookout for emerging technologies, trends, threats and key challenges in underlying technologies,and plan and provide inputs on impact on the Bank.
• Provide technical leadership and direction to the team and stakeholder.
• Collaborate with other SRE- s, L2/Support and Developers in the deployment and scaling of new product features tofacilitate rapid iteration and massive growth.
• Develop tools to improve our ability to rapidly deploy and effectively monitor production applications in a large-scale Linux environment.
• Proven experience in Linux systems administration.
• Drive engineering teams to converge towards SecDevops best practices around cloud native applications, Kubernetes and other SaaS / IaaS platforms
• Managed or lead a team of devops engineers, ideally delivering large scale systems in production
• Deep understanding of Linux, networking, CI/CD, and large cluster management and automation
• Experience with cloud native technologies like Kubernetes and Docker
• Knowledge of automation trends for operational security processes (e.g. Vulnerability Management, Change Management)
• Champion the CI / CD methodology and tooling, which will include the containerized and non-containerized applications, using Jenkins, ArgoCD, goCD etc.
• Collaborate with other SRE- s, L2/Support and Developers in the deployment and scaling of new product features to facilitate rapid iteration and massive growth.
• Develop tools to improve our ability to rapidly deploy and effectively monitor production applications in a large-scale
• Proven experience in Linux systems administration.
• Knowledge in Infrastructure as Code: Ansible/Chef/Salt, Terraform, etc. \xe2\x80\xa2
• Container Orchestration: Kubernetes/Mesos/Docker Swarm.
• Strong Agile background, and should be able to practice and mentor others
