This transformation includes new global governance, new ways of working and the implementation of digital business services and platforms Airbus is looking for a DevOps Engineer (d/f/m) to join in Bangalore, India.Ensure \xe2\x80\x9cfirst-time right approach\xe2\x80\x9d on all development activities.Your RoleThe Airbus API & Integration platform is the enterprise platform with more than 300 APIs and integration flows to support all the standards of data interoperability and data continuity within our company in the aim to produce and deliver aircrafts faster.Today, an important part of our platform is running on the Airbus data center. Therefore, you will be supporting the transformation to migrate our current platform to the Cloud (AWS) and apply the DevOps best practices.Moreover we are starting to set up a new platform for event management which will allow us to be much more real time to take the right decisions quickly and to have a digital continuity through the different processes from the design of the aircraft to its retirement.You will be part of a very open minded international team of 26+ people.Your Responsibilities/TasksInfrastructure as Code (IaC): You will create and manage the infrastructure required for the platform using tools like Terraform, CloudFormation, or Ansible to ensure consistency and reproducibilityContinuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD): You will set up CI/CD pipelines to automate the build, testing, and deployment of APIs, integrations flows, and event componentsConfiguration Management: You will manage configurations for different services and components, ensuring consistency and version controlMonitoring and Logging: You will implement monitoring solutions (e.g.Prometheus, Grafana) and centralized logging (e.g. Splunk) to proactively detect issues and troubleshoot problemsSecurity and Compliance: You will implement security best practices, managing access control, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.Backup and Recovery: You will implement backup and disaster recovery strategies to ensure data integrity and system availabilityContainerization and Orchestration: You will use containerization tools like Docker and container orchestration platforms like Kubernetes to manage and deploy microservicesIncident Response and Troubleshooting: You will rapidly respond to incidents, diagnosing issues, and implementing solutions to minimize downtimeDesired skills and qualificationsYou hold a degree in informatics or bring a comparable qualification and have a proven track record as a DevOps engineer.You have knowledge in some of the following products/ tools: Kubernetes, Ansible, Docker, Nexus, Artifactory, GitHub, Jenkins, Maven, Jira/Confluence, Splunk, ElasticSearch, etc..You have knowledge with Cloud platforms: building and deploying cloud solutions (AWS preferred) using Terraform.You are familiar with programming languages and concepts like Java, Python, Go, XML, JSON.You are able to design efficient, simple, reliable and secured architecture.You are an open-minded team-player with good communication skills who is always curious to learn and improve.Success MetricsSuccess will be measured in a variety of areas, including but not limited toConsistently ensure the on-time delivery and quality of the projectsBring innovative cost effective solutionsAchieve the customer satisfactionThis job requires an awareness of any potential compliance risks and a commitment to act with integrity, as the foundation for the Company\xe2\x80\x99s success, reputation and sustainable growth.Company: Airbus India Private LimitedEmployment Type: PermanentExperience Level: ProfessionalJob Family: Digital
