Overview of Job Function: We are seeking subject matter experts to drive the DevOps culture and use the core pillars of DevOps to execute a complex automation agenda. This person should have passion for excellence and should be SME (Subject Matter Experts) at Terraform, Ansible, and Kubernetes. This person should have strong scripting experience and will participate in all DevOps activities, working with various technologies such as Docker/Quay, Jenkins, Harness, Python and more. This person will lead the process of building, packaging, provisioning, deploying products and onboarding customers.

Principal duties and Essential responsibilities: \xe2\x80\xa2 Manage and maintain DevOps infrastructure, tools for product delivery to AWS/Azure/GCP.

• Build, configure, scale and maintain infrastructure for Production, Staging, Development, and QA environments, using Terraform, Ansible, Gitlab, Jenkins, and many more DevOps tools.
• should understand security best practices.
• Ability to coach DevOps engineers, help with design efficiencies and solve complex problems for the teams
• Propose the adoption of new technology that will create value for the team and company.
• Drive Automation efforts across the organization utilizing Infrastructure as Code (IaC), Configuration as code, deployment as code and customer onboarding as code \xe2\x80\xa2 Assist with debugging technical issues inside a complex stack involving virtualization, containers, microservices, etc. - add in the other \xe2\x80\xa2 Provide recommendation to product architecture group to enhance delivery. \xe2\x80\xa2 Collaborate with the engineering teams to enable their applications to run on Cloud infrastructure. \xe2\x80\xa2 Ensure availability, reliability and performance of Automation and delivery mechanism. \xe2\x80\xa2 Proactively propose and implement improvement solutions to common problems. \xe2\x80\xa2 Effectively prioritize and execute tasks for multiple projects simultaneously. \xe2\x80\xa2 Ensure projects are delivered on time. \xe2\x80\xa2 Recommend cost saving measure/automation to help reduce implementation costs.

Minimum Requirements: \xe2\x80\xa2 6-8 years\' experience in IT infrastructure work and expertise on AWS platforms. \xe2\x80\xa2 6+ years of \xe2\x80\x9cOverall\xe2\x80\x9d Software Development Experience. \xe2\x80\xa2 6+ years of scripting and programming experience in Python, PowerShell and/or Bash \xe2\x80\xa2 6+ years of experience with Windows and Linux based applications

• 5+ years of experience developing/Automating and maintaining Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery pipelines using GitHub Actions, Harness, Jenkins, or any other CI/CD tooling \xe2\x80\xa2 5+ years of experience managing/working on enterprise-wide Kubernetes platform \xe2\x80\xa2 5+ years of experience developing, managing, and maintaining Ansible Playbooks, Terraform, Helm Charts. \xe2\x80\xa2 4 years of experience with SCM tools such as GitHub \xe2\x80\xa2 Monitoring alerts originating from tools like Splunk, DataDog \xe2\x80\xa2 Strong troubleshooting & debugging capabilities in an agile software development team environment. \xe2\x80\xa2 Experience working with Global organizations using SAFE agile practice \xe2\x80\xa2 Having at least 5 years of \xe2\x80\x9cOverall\xe2\x80\x9d Software Development Experience using cloud services \xe2\x80\xa2 Excellent knowledge in Docker and Kubernetes along with deployment experience. \xe2\x80\xa2 Experienced at administering a code repo such as GitHub. \xe2\x80\xa2 Development experience with Go language \xe2\x80\xa2 Experience on \xe2\x80\x9cPython\xe2\x80\x9d Software Development is an advantage. Specific Qualifications and Accreditations \xe2\x80\xa2 A Bachelor or post graduate degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering. \xe2\x80\xa2 Azure/AWS associate certification. \xe2\x80\xa2 Certified Kubernetes Application Developer.
