DESCRIPTIONThis Amazon team deals with testing software across Fire Tablets, Kindle e-reader, phone and Desktop. You will support execution of tests across platforms at the user level, both manually and with automated tools, understand and ramp up on testing procedures, guidelines and policies for new devices and apply the same in day-to-day work to ensure it meets Amazon\'s high quality bar.Key job responsibilities
Job responsibility Includes:

• Review and analyze Test system specifications
• Collaborate with QA Engineers to develop effective strategies and test plans
• Consistently execute test cases and analyze results in a timely manner
• Generate logs to document testing phases and defects
• Effectively effectively report bugs and errors to development teams.
• Help troubleshoot issues.
• Follow-through and conduct post-release/post-implementation testing
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle

We are open to hiring candidates to work out of one of the following locations:Chennai, TN, INDBASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• BE, B. Tech, Master of computer Applications (MCA), B.Sc Computers , BCA, MSc Information Technology (IT)
• 3+ Years work experience as a QA tester or similar role
• Good Experience in manual testing and writing test plans

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• BE / BTech in computer science, engineering, information technology, or related field

Significant work history showing aptitude for project management and QA methodology

• Working knowledge of Agile frameworks and regression testing is a plus
• Competence in all technical skills needed to document and troubleshoot errors
• Experience and familiarity with test management software
• Strong critical thinking skills, an analytical mind, and problem-solving aptitude
