Deep Connection Innovation Seeks Child Development Psychologist (Research Focus)

Deep Connection Innovation, a forward-thinking private limited company, is seeking a highly motivated Child Development Psychologist to join our growing research team. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and evaluating research studies that explore various aspects of child development, with a focus on the potential applications of this knowledge to the design and development of products and interventions that can support children's learning and growth.

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop research studies focused on child development, encompassing physical, cognitive, social, experimental, and neuroscience aspects.
• Conduct research studies involving children, adhering to ethical research protocols and ensuring participant safety and well-being.
• Analyze and interpret research data using appropriate statistical methods.
• Prepare research reports, presentations, and manuscripts for publication in peer-reviewed journals.
• Take session and explaining the program to the parents
• Conduct session with parents and kids
• Managing day to day reports.
• Collobrate and work with the team
• Stay current on advancements in child development research and related fields.
• Collaborate effectively with other researchers, including psychologists, neuroscientists, and engineers.

Qualifications:

• Masters in Psychology with focus on / passion in Child Development or a closely related field (e.g., Developmental Psychology, Cognitive Science)
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience conducting research on child development
• Strong foundation in research methodology and statistics
• Experience with data analysis software (e.g., SPSS, R)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Passion for child development and a commitment to making a positive impact

Bonus Points:

• Experience with specific research areas mentioned (cognitive, experimental, social, etc.)
• Experience with conducting research involving specific populations (e.g., infants, toddlers, adolescents)
