8 to 12 Yrs of SAP Technical consultant at various levels S/4 HANA Implementatons technical side: 1 ECC developments/implementations technical side and good working experience in functional side (process knowledge and configurations) in Logistics: 1 S/4H Embedded EWM, Decentral EWM Knowledge of TM is an added advantage ABAP (Classic), ABAP on HANA, CDS, Enhancements, RAP, Extensibility, Embedded Analytics, BOPF, Adobe Forms, Upgrade, Web Services, Workflows, Interfaces, Code Quality, Fiori (Overview), Native HANA (Overview), Side-by-Side (Overview), Functional knowledge : PP,MM, WM Qualifications 10 to 15 Yrs of SAP Technical consultant at various levels S/4 HANA Implementatons technical side: 1 ECC developments/implementations technical side and good working experience in functional side (process knowledge and configurations) in Logistics: 1 Additional Information Role Expectations : The following for the respective Technology Area: - Executing Bids and Presales (Scope, Solution, Demos, Effort Estimation, USP, ....) - Executing Fit-Gap Analysis and Business Process Blueprinting - Quality reviews of output of project consultants - Mentoring, guiding, supporting and directing associates as a technical leader - Executing initiatives to build competency of relevant global templates - Leading/Executing Training and Knowledge sharing - Executing Demo Content Creation and Demos - Executing initiatives to build system-based and non-system-based accelerators for rollouts and implementations - Executing competency building in new areas e.g. POCs - Executing initiatives to build sales collaterals - Executing Innovation projects - Executing Study and concept projects - Troubleshooting e.g. with regard to technical issues/process issues faced by customers - Spot consulting - Defining a competency building roadmap - Executing realization activities in a rollout/implementation project e.g. configuration, functional specifications for developments, data cleansing, data migration, testing, training, cut over, support for authorizations, support for OCM - Supporting Service Delivery Managers and Projects in resolving rollout issues and challenges Communication skills : Good communication and stake holder management skills
