• Work closely with the operations team to understand what they need.
• Share and explain these needs to the technical (development) team.
• Keep track of bugs and problems reported by operations.
• Follow up with developers to make sure these bugs are fixed on time.
• Help plan and manage software releases.
• Do regular checks to make sure everything is working as expected.
• Keep good records of all tasks and messages.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of how a cryptocurrency exchange works.
• Familiar with Web3 terms and ideas.
• Can understand and talk about basic Rust and MERN stack concepts.
• Good at organising work and sharing information clearly.
• Pay attention to details and take initiative.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience or internship in admin or coordination, especially in tech or crypto.
• Basic knowledge or training in blockchain.
