Primary Responsibilities: \xef\x82\xb7 Recruiting by selling career opportunity to prospective advisors \xef\x82\xb7 Recruitment quality advisors through field, natural market and other activities \xef\x82\xb7 Ensure that advisors undergo proper training on product, regulations and other selling inputs \xef\x82\xb7 Monitoring and tracking of business performance of advisors \xef\x82\xb7 Inculcate product as well as practical training to the advisors by accompanying them to client meetings \xef\x82\xb7 Guiding advisors on the sales funnel and achieving revenue targets \xef\x82\xb7 Helping in need analysis of prospective customer to high level of customer satisfaction leading to customer delight \xef\x82\xb7 Carrying out various promotional activities for sales as well as for recruitment \xef\x82\xb7 Accountable for revenue generation and achievement of business targets Job Type: Full-time Salary: Up to 550,000.00 per year Benefits:
