Job Purpose:
\xc2\xb7 To recruit and develop Personal Financial Advisor resulting in generation of new business and renewal of existing businessKey Responsibilities
Responsibilities
\xc2\xb7 To ensure Licensing of the agents and building own team
\xc2\xb7 To drive productivity of the new and vintage agents
\xc2\xb7 To drive performance by implementing sales promotion for the PFA
\xc2\xb7 To coach and mentor PFAs in providing need based solutions for customers
\xc2\xb7 To deliver new business and renewal business through the new and vintage agents
\xc2\xb7 To ensure business Reporting, MIS on sales call (LMS) maintained on a daily basis.Specific Authorities( Financial & Non Financial): NAKey Performance Indicators:New agent acquisition Target Achievement = 100%
New Business Target Achievement = 100%
Renewal Business > = 80%
PFA Activation Target Achievement = 100%Job Requirements:Qualifications:
10th Pass Minimum Qualification , proficiency in MS ExcelExperience:
Minimum 3 years sales experience. Handling team experience will be an added advantageFunctional Competencies
