Key Roles & Responsibilities / Result Areas: * Design& development of products, as per the customer\'s requirement & handing over to respective \'Production-Team\', * Making the controlled-copy of final-drawings & putting the same in designated folder on organization\'s server * Designing & assembling of fixtures & trying-out to ensure ease of production, * Making the controlled-copy of final-drawings of fixtures & putting the same in designated folder on organization\'s server * Ensuring to manage all respective reports & database, as per ISO-standards, on a periodic basis, * Ensuring to update & share the \'Individual Development Reports\' on a timely basis and accurately * Ensuring to update & share the \'Inter-Departmental Production Related Reports\' on a timely basis and accurately * Preparing \'Monthly Development Review Presentation\' & submitting the same to all in the \'chain of command / hierarchy\', * Perpetually keeping the \'Production\'s Customer Relevant Organization\'s Presentation\' updated, as per the current status of the organization(i.e., Feasibility & Costing-Reports, etc..) Functional Competencies Required: * Should be proficient in \xe2\x80\x98English, Hindi & local language (In both verbal & writing.)\xe2\x80\x99. * Should be proficient in working on \xe2\x80\x98computers, laptops, smart-phones, internet, search-engine- websites (Google, etc.), E-mails & social-networking-sites (Facebook, Twitter & India Mart, etc.), etc.\xe2\x80\x99 * Strong desire to learn along with professional drive
