Introduction: RFT – MOTIF – Quality Analyst will be responsible for Integration Testing, QA testing and support UAT/Regression for on-boarding of different business to MOTIF. The incumbent is expected to take end to end ownership of the delivery What will you be doing? MOTIF Quality Analyst will be responsible for:

• Analysis and development of testing work related to on-boarding work

• Come up with new test cases based on the product or functionality developed

• Participate in various calls – at times later in the day

• Agree/negotiate scope of testing. Work with other team members

• Support integration testing and certify the development using QA test ENVs.

• Certify UAT ENVs prior to handover users. Support issues coming out the test ENVs.

• Work with Dev/BA teams to facilitate sign offs

• Support regression and dress rehearsal testing ENV where necessary.

• Drive overall sign-off for a release; based on need/requirements

• Join UAT calls

• Provide knowledge transfer and mentor junior members of the team.

What skill we required?

• Basic Qualifications
  • MBA / Engineering or any other relevant degree from reputed/accredited institute
  • Formal project management / test analysis qualifications
• Essential Skills
  • Practical experience of Business Process Modelling using Enterprise Architect (or equivalent tool).
  • Use of test tools like TestComplete etc
  • Experience of working in either JIRA or agile central will be added advantage
  • Basics of Db query language like SQL
• Essential Experience
  • Manual and Automated Testing
  • Create Test cases
  • Able to analyse requirements and provide estimates for testing
  • Able to Automate tests
  • Negotiate with stakeholders about timelines and scope

Ability to represent QA team in few forums
Skills that will help you in the role:

• Good understanding of investment banking, and the industry sector
• Good understanding of front to back finance and operational process flows
• Understanding of Agile SDLC concepts; Understanding of Scrum/Kanban Agile SDLC methodology
