JOB DESCRIPTION Role Proficiency: Independently develops error free code with high quality validation of applications guides other developers and assists Lead 1 - Software Engineering Outcomes: Understand and provide input to the application/feature/component designs developing the same in accordance with user stories/requirements. Code debug test document and communicate product/component/features at development stages. Select appropriate technical options for development such as reusing improving or reconfiguration of existing components. Optimise efficiency cost and quality by identifying opportunities for automation/process improvements and agile delivery models Mentor Developer 1 - Software Engineering and Developer 2 - Software Engineering to effectively perform in their roles Identify the problem patterns and improve the technical design of the application/system Proactively identify issues/defects/flaws in module/requirement implementation Assists Lead 1 - Software Engineering on Technical design. The candidate must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability and collaborate effectively with domain and technical experts in the team Requirements . Experience level - 3-6 years . Snowflake, SQL, with only 5 + years, Good to have AWS . Experience in building highly scalable Data Warehouse systems. . Experience with Snowflake data warehouse. . Deep understanding of Snowflake architecture and processing. . Hands-on experience in Snowflake Cloud Development. . Experience in Snowflake Advanced features like Snowpipe, Task, Zero Copy Clone, Time Travel and Stream. . Experience with SQL and PLSQL, SQL query tuning, database performance tuning, . Experience in writing complicated SQLs, analyzing query performance, query tuning and stored procedure development. . Experience with Data Ingestion into Snowflake. . Knowledge on healthcare domain is an added advantage. . Works well under pressure managing multiple competing timelines. . Possess excellent oral and written communications skills. . Experience who has knowledge on designing, implementing, testing cloud computing solutions to migrate application from Bigdata to cloud platforms using Snowflake/Snowpark technology. . Strong knowledge on Python, SQL, Snowflake/Snowpark. . A highly effective communicator, both orally and in writing Problem-solving and architecting skills in cases of unclear requirements. . Extensive experience on ETL and Impact analysis. . Ability to work independently and in a team environment. . Experience with Agile development methodologies is a plus. Responsibilities . Design, code, install, and maintain appropriate systems software program. . Identify, evaluate, tailor, and direct the implementation of vendor-supplied software packages. . Ensure the maintenance of adequate software systems documentation. . Conduct quality assurance activities such as peer reviews and test plan development .
