: Job Title: ServiceNow Developer Hiring Location: Hyderabad, Bangalore, Kochi, Trivandrum, Pune, Noida, Chennai Experience Range: 4-8 Years Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer with experience in ITSM, CSM, and FSM modules to support requirement analysis, software development, testing, and integration. The role requires expertise in ServiceNow catalog development, workflows, and system integrations (including SAP systems via REST API, CPI, etc.). The ideal candidate should possess CSA, CAD, or CIS certifications and have strong problem-solving and communication skills. Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct requirement analysis and study for ServiceNow implementations.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation aligned with change requests.
• Develop and implement ServiceNow-based software solutions (including CAN-related functions).
• Perform code review, unit test specification preparation, and execution.
• Integrate software changes into the configuration management archive.
• Prepare, review, and conduct integration testing.
• Perform testing on target ECU at BGSW or through remote access.

Must-Have Skills:

• ServiceNow Certifications: CSA (Certified System Administrator), CAD (Certified Application Developer), or CIS (Certified Implementation Specialist).
• Strong expertise in ITSM, CSM, and FSM modules within ServiceNow.
• Experience in ServiceNow catalog development and configuration.
• Proficiency in Request, Case, and Incident Management processes.
• Knowledge of Agent Workspace, Workflows, Client Scripts, and Business Rules.
• Update Set and Release Management experience.
• Ability to integrate ServiceNow with SAP systems using REST API, CPI, etc.
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Good-to-Have Skills:

• Experience in software testing methodologies related to ECU systems.
• Familiarity with CAN protocols and automotive software testing.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow automation and process optimization.
