### Role description


o Develop and maintain Java applications with a focus on performance and scalability. o Design and implement APIs and microservices, ensuring robust security measures. o Integrate and manage service-oriented architecture (SOA) systems. o Create and optimize reports using JasperReports, ensuring they meet business requirements. o Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather reporting requirements and translate them into effective solutions. o Train end-users on accessing and interpreting Crystal Reports. o Provide troubleshooting support for Crystal Reports issues o Create complex queries and formulas to customize report outputs. o Optimize existing reports for improved performance and usability o Perform routine updates and maintenance of Crystal Reports. o Ensure all reports comply with company standards and data privacy regulations. o Conduct thorough testing to validate report accuracy and functionality o Work with cross-functional teams to gather and document reporting requirements o Design and develop reports using SAP Crystal Reports based on user requirements. Requirements: o Min 5 years' experience in Java/Backend & has experience in Jasper Reports/Cystal Report. o Proficiency in writing SQL queries, stored procedures, and triggers. o Familiarity with database platforms like SQL Server,DB2,Oracle & Postgres SQL o Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. o Experience with writing complex queries o Experience in working with large data sets, dimensional modelling o Strong knowledge of data analysis, ETL, data modelling o Strong experience with debugging and issue resolution o Basic Knowledge in HTML/CSS/JavaScript will be an added advantage.
