:Role Proficiency:We are seeking a skilled Salesforce OmniStudio Developer with 3-7 years of experience to join our dynamic team. As a Salesforce OmniStudio Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing solutions leveraging the OmniStudio suite within the Salesforce platform. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, extensive experience in developing custom solutions using OmniStudio components, and a proven track record of delivering high-quality projects on time. Responsibilities: 1. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions utilizing Salesforce OmniStudio. 2. Design, develop, and implement customized OmniStudio solutions to meet business needs, including but not limited to Flow, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Process Builder, and Apex. 3. Configure and customize OmniStudio components such as Digital Experiences, Flows, Actions, Journeys, and Integrations. 4. Develop and maintain Lightning pages, Lightning components, and Visualforce pages as needed. 5. Integrate Salesforce OmniStudio solutions with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and other integration techniques. 6. Perform unit testing, code reviews, and ensure best practices are followed throughout the development lifecycle. 7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business analysts, solution architects, and QA testers to deliver comprehensive solutions. 8. Stay current with Salesforce platform updates and industry trends, providing recommendations for enhancements and optimizations. Requirements: 1. 3-6 years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Developer with a focus on OmniStudio development. 2. Strong understanding of Salesforce platform architecture, data model, and security model. 3. Proficiency in Salesforce configuration and customization including but not limited to Process Builder, Flows, Lightning App Builder, and Apex. 4. Experience developing custom solutions using Salesforce OmniStudio components such as Digital Experiences, Flows, Actions, and Journeys. 5. Hands-on experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC) development. 6. Experience with Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, Salesforce Connect, and external data sources. 7. Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I or II, Salesforce Certified Administrator, and Salesforce Certified OmniStudio Developer are a plus. 8. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. 9. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels. Preferred Qualifications: 1. Experience with Agile development methodologies. 2. Familiarity with Salesforce Industries (formerly Vlocity) and its integration with OmniStudio. 3. Knowledge of CI/CD practices and tools such as Salesforce DX, Jenkins, or Git. 4.
