### Role description
Role Proficiency:
Develop applications in assigned area of responsibility on ERP/CRM systems with minimal guidance from a Lead Developer
Outcomes:
• Work with project team to develop unit test and document small and medium complex level programs as needed for the projects
• Follows the best practises set by the project requirements.
• Perform other duties as assigned or requested
• Code debug test and document; communicate product/component/feature during development stages.
• Optimise efficiency cost and quality by identifying opportunities for automation/process improvements and agile delivery models
• Learn technology business domain system domain individually and as recommended by the project/account
• Define/review technical requirements based on user stories.
• Mentor new team members
• Contribute to ERP/CRM Practice related activities like (but not limited to) assembling content for case studies contributing to reusability coordinating internal seminars and conduct knowledge sharing sessions organizing sessions during and participating in hackathons etc.
• Identify the problem patterns and improve the technical design of the application/system
• Suggest appropriate technical options for development such as reusing improving or reconfiguration of existing components
• Set goals in NorthStar measure progress timely and update accordingly

SALESFORCE.COM (SFDC) DEVELOPER / DEVELOPER - JOB DESCRIPTION OVERALL EXPERIENCE o SFDC Developer: 3-4 years specifically in Salesforce.com development (coding) and implementation, administration, and configuration in Sales cloud. o The Salesforce development (coding) experience as stated above must be in Apex and Visualforce and Lightning/LWC, and any affiliated coding technologies required for Salesforce like Java-script frameworks. o Any prior experience with other technologies like Java/.Net is highly preferred o Candidate should have strong hands-on experience in Apex/Visualforce and Lightning coding, and in Salesforce administration, configuration and customization, including reports and dashboards o Excellent communication and be able to coordinate with and get Knowledge Transition from Onsite (USA-based) salesforce development teams, and interact with IT/Business stakeholders there. o Good to have experience in different Salesforce clouds/offerings: Sales, Service, Community. o Other cloud/offerings like Marketing/Pardot, Einstein AI, Analytics, FSL etc are a plus. SALESFORCE.COM CERTIFICATIONS o Must Have: Developer Certification (Platform Dev 1) and AppBuilder Certification o Desirable: Advanced Developer Certification (DEV 501 or Platform Dev 2) completed in full (all 3 parts) o Good to Have: Advanced Admin (ADM301) or Consultant (Sales Cloud/Service Cloud) Certifications FORCE.COM PLATFORM DEVELOPMENT SKILLS NEEDED o Must Have: Experience of atleast 2 Actual Projects in Salesforce.com LIGHTNING version, including working on Aura framework and/or LWC, and creating Lightning components o Candidate should have Strong Experience with Lightning, LWC, Visualforce, Apex, Triggers, Visual Studio, , Data Loader, SFDX, Salesforce Object Query Language (SOQL) and Java-script. Hands-on experience on Sales, Service, Community Clouds. o Strong Problem-solving skills, with ability to get multiple solutions for/approaches to solve a problem/scenario o Thorough knowledge of APEX coding best practices, and understanding the limitations of Apex coding o Integrate with Force.com Web services including SOAP, WSDL, REST, SSL standards, security models and typical API client architecture.
