:Role Proficiency:Develop applications in assigned area of responsibility on ERP/CRM systems with minimal guidance from a Lead DeveloperOutcomes: * Work with project team to develop unit test and document small and medium complex level programs as needed for the projects

• Follows the best practises set by the project requirements.
• Perform other duties as assigned or requested
• Code debug test and document; communicate product/component/feature during development stages.
• Optimise efficiency cost and quality by identifying opportunities for automation/process improvements and agile delivery models
• Learn technology business domain system domain individually and as recommended by the project/account
• Define/review technical requirements based on user stories.
• Mentor new team members
• Contribute to ERP/CRM Practice related activities like (but not limited to) assembling content for case studies contributing to reusability coordinating internal seminars and conduct knowledge sharing sessions organizing sessions during and participating in hackathons etc.
• Identify the problem patterns and improve the technical design of the application/system
• Suggest appropriate technical options for development such as reusing improving or reconfiguration of existing components
• Set goals in NorthStar measure progress timely and update accordingly

They generally oversee the entire data migration process, working closely with clients to ensure that this data is accurate and accessible. A Data Specialist must research data sources to verify validity of the information. Data Specialists might also be responsible for designing databases for specific client use and training clients in the use of data storage and retrieval systems, databases and software. A Data Specialist has the ability to explore unfamiliar data sets and derive meaningful insight as to the shape and quality of the data. This will aid them in assessing the level of cleansing and transformation that will be necessary to migrate the data to itxe2x80x99s target. This person is familiar with the tools available and useful methods to wrangle data and fulfill the project needs. The Data Specialist is also aware of the security classification of data so that proper care can be taken to ensure the data stays safe for our clients. OVERALL EXPERIENCE xe2x80xa2 SFDC System Analyst/Developer: 5-6 years IT industry total experience, with 3-4 years specifically in Salesforce.com development (coding) and implementation, administration, and configuration. xe2x80xa2 The Salesforce development (coding) experience as stated above must be in Apex and Visualforce and Lightning/LWC, and any affiliated coding technologies required for Salesforce like Java-script frameworks. xe2x80xa2 Must have 1 year experience in Salesforce Data Migration including hands-on experience in Salesforce data migration, data cleansing, transformation, analysis, and reporting. xe2x80xa2 Should have expertise in using ETL tools such as Workbench, Apex Dataloader and others. xe2x80xa2 Candidate should have a strong administration/configuration background with expertise in data modeling and management xe2x80xa2 Good to have experience in different Salesforce clouds/offerings: Service Cloud xe2x80xa2 Excellent communication skills and be able to coordinate with salesforce development teams and IT/Business stakeholders across the globe. xe2x80xa2 Should be able to formulate an end to end Data Migration strategy, comprehensive plan and detailed schedules with timelines.
