:Role Proficiency:Develop applications in assigned area of responsibility on ERP/CRM systems with minimal guidance from a Lead DeveloperOutcomes: * Work with project team to develop unit test and document small and medium complex level programs as needed for the projects

• Follows the best practises set by the project requirements.
• Perform other duties as assigned or requested
• Code debug test and document; communicate product/component/feature during development stages.
• Optimise efficiency cost and quality by identifying opportunities for automation/process improvements and agile delivery models
• Learn technology business domain system domain individually and as recommended by the project/account
• Define/review technical requirements based on user stories.
• Mentor new team members
• Contribute to ERP/CRM Practice related activities like (but not limited to) assembling content for case studies contributing to reusability coordinating internal seminars and conduct knowledge sharing sessions organizing sessions during and participating in hackathons etc.
• Identify the problem patterns and improve the technical design of the application/system
• Suggest appropriate technical options for development such as reusing improving or reconfiguration of existing components
• Set goals in NorthStar measure progress timely and update accordingly

Additional Comments:Salesforce QA/testing: 4 years minimum (Required). Salesforce Service Cloud Salesforce automation using any automation tool. Working experience in Selenium framework ,Junit, cucumber and Java Responsibilities for this position include : \xc2\xb7 Work in an agile environment and understand agile methodologies. \xc2\xb7 Participate in vendor requirement sessions with customers and understand the requirements and be comfortable writing Test Plans/Test Suites \xc2\xb7 Work with the Development Team, Product and Business to define Test scripts based on requirements for new projects and any future enhancements. \xc2\xb7 Proficiency in interpreting requirements/user stories and writing test cases \xc2\xb7 Participate in defining and designing activities of the project engagement, to ensure a full understanding of client requirements prepared by the project team. \xc2\xb7 Identify automation framework and make recommendations for improvements. \xc2\xb7 Familiarity with testing salesforce service cloud, including web services and Rest API,SOAP API, and Bulk API, using tools like SoapUI, Postman, or similar applications. \xc2\xb7 Develops and writes automated test scripts and plans to ensure that software functions as expected.
