: Salesforce Support Analyst Hiring Location: Chennai & Trivandrum
Experience Range: 4 - 5 years We are seeking a Salesforce Support Analyst with 4-5 years of experience in Salesforce administration, configuration, and troubleshooting. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on expertise in Salesforce support, user management, data management, and issue resolution, ensuring smooth CRM operations. Responsibilities Salesforce Administration & Support

  • Manage Salesforce user accounts, roles, profiles, permission sets, OWD settings, and security policies.
  • Provide password resets, user creation, debugging logs, and license management.
  • Execute data imports, exports, and updates using Apex Data Loader, Workbench, and Data Import Wizard.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, break/fix cases, and minor enhancements.
  • Monitor system performance and diagnose issues efficiently.
  • Ensure timely and accurate documentation of resolution activities, system configurations, and best practices.
Configuration & Customization
  • Implement and support workflow rules, validation rules, approval processes, and automation tools.
  • Maintain and optimize reports, dashboards, and analytics tools for user insights.
  • Assist in basic Apex coding, Visualforce, and Lightning customizations.
User Support & Training
  • Provide end-user support, training, and knowledge transfer to ensure best practices.
  • Assist in creating training materials and FAQs for better user adoption.
  • Communicate effectively with business users, stakeholders, and development teams.
Incident & Change Management
  • Diagnose, prioritize, and escalate support cases based on SLA guidelines.
  • Work closely with development teams to understand new features and bug fixes.
  • Contribute to knowledge-sharing methodologies, diagnostic tools, and process improvements.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through timely communication and issue resolution.
Qualifications
  • 4-5 years of experience in IT support, with 3-4 years specifically in Salesforce administration and configuration.
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce CRM applications for lead and opportunity management.
  • Hands-on experience with Excel functions, Apex Data Loader, Workbench, and SQL.
  • Basic knowledge of Force.com Web Services (SOAP, REST, WSDL, API architecture).
  • Experience in Salesforce Lightning UI and Einstein Analytics is a plus.
Salesforce Certifications
  • Must Have: Salesforce Certified Administrator
  • Desirable: Salesforce Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder
  • Good to Have: Salesforce Developer Certification (DEV 401 or Platform Developer 1)
