Possesses knowledge of software engineering best practices such as version control, software packaging and software release management, analyzes channel/customer /project requests and requirements, and drives delivery based on multiple inputs and priorities.Developer Key Responsibilities:\xc2\xb7 Design, develop, document, test, and debug new and existing critical software systems and/or applications with a focus on continually improving our customer\xe2\x80\x99s journey\xc2\xb7 Full stack Java developer working on critical frameworks, core business capabilities and modernization of cloud based applications\xc2\xb7 Work with AWS native technologies such as EC2, EKS, Lambda, AmazonMQ, API Gateway, DynamoDB, DocumentDB, etc.\xc2\xb7 Design and develop advanced applications using JAVA and other open source technologies\xc2\xb7 Work on serverless technologies, services and container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes etc.)\xc2\xb7 Recommend system solutions by comparing advantages and disadvantages of alternative solutions\xc2\xb7 Ensure regulatory compliance requirements are addressed (e.g., PCI, PII, GDPR)\xc2\xb7 Demonstrate an innovative mentality by staying aware of new developments within the technology space and identify which modern technologies to adapt to provide value to our business.\xc2\xb7 Ensure commitments are delivered on time, pass unit testing, meet functional and non-functional requirements.\xc2\xb7 Support enterprise quality assurance teams\xc2\xb7 Work closely with team members in agile development environment where continuous integration and continuous delivery are critical.\xc2\xb7 Support, maintain, and document software functionality.\xc2\xb7 Support development to maximize cloud native adoption.\xc2\xb7 Size and estimate development efforts. Define and manage development build plans.\xc2\xb7 Analyze and refactor code periodically to keep it up to standards\xc2\xb7 Subject Matter Expert: Develop expertise in the domain and act as a consultant/reference to Business, other IT teams and channel partners regarding domain functionalities.This position is offered on local terms and conditions. • Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration and/or equivalent work experience, education, or training.
• 5+ years of Industry experience as Java Developer
• Demonstrable track record dealing well with ambiguity, prioritizing needs, and delivering measurable results in an agile, fast-paced environment.
• Looking for a strong level of nimbleness and agility in shifting between tasks and juggling changing priorities
• Capable of managing multiple priorities, tasks, projects, and deadlines.
• Ability to promote ideas and make sound decisions as a member of a team of technical experts.
• Analytical and problem-solving skill
• Understands and has been involved in Agile development techniques in a hybrid Agile/Waterfall environment.
• Must be resourceful in this role, when a need or problem is identified, resource is expected to take initiative to help figure out how to get it filled or resolved or take responsibility him/herself to take appropriate action toward identifying a path forward.
• Ability to effectively communicate both orally and in writing with all levels of employees and management, in formal and informal settings.

• Firsthand experience with foundational AWS Services (such as, EC2, S3, RDS, VPC, CloudTrail, CloudFront, Lambda, EKS, and/or ECS)
• Java, Spring Boot, Apache Camel, and other open-source technologies
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines
• Familiarity with ADO
• Airline experience
