: Job Title: Salesforce Developer Experience Range: 3 to 5 years Hiring Location: Noida Job Overview: We are looking for a Salesforce System Analyst/Developer with 3-5 years of experience in Salesforce development, implementation, administration, and configuration. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce administration. The role requires excellent problem-solving skills, experience in multiple Salesforce clouds, and the ability to work with USA-based teams and IT/business stakeholders. Must-Have Skills:

• Salesforce Development: Hands-on experience with Apex, Visualforce, LWC, Aura framework, and Salesforce Administration
• Customization & Configuration: Strong expertise in Salesforce Reports, Dashboards, Workflows, Validation Rules, Process Builder, and Approval Processes
• Integration & APIs: Experience with SOAP, REST, WSDL, Platform Events, Bulk API, and Metadata API
• CI/CD & Deployment: Experience with GitHub, GitLab, Bamboo, Copado, ANT Migration Tool, Change Sets, and Eclipse
• Salesforce Admin Activities: User creation, role/profile setup, security setup, and object customization
• Project Experience: Worked on at least 4 projects in Salesforce Lightning version
• ETL Tools: Experience with Apex Data Loader, Informatica, Boomi, Cast Iron, or Mulesoft
• Object-Oriented Programming: Java/.Net background is preferred
• Certifications:

• Must Have: Salesforce Platform Developer 1 and App Builder Certification
• Good to Have: Advanced Developer Certification (Platform Dev 2) or Advanced Admin (ADM301)/Consultant Certifications (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud)

Good-to-Have Skills:

• Experience with Sales, Service, and Community Clouds
• Experience in Marketing Cloud, Pardot, Einstein AI, Analytics, and Field Service Lightning (FSL)
• Salesforce Mobile Development with Salesforce1/VF Mobile
• Experience working with Heroku, Radian6, Einstein Analytics
• Strong knowledge of SQL, PL/SQL, and database development
• Web development skills: HTML5, CSS, XML, AJAX, Google APIs, and JavaScript frameworks (JQuery, etc.)

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement custom Salesforce applications and solutions
• Perform Salesforce administration, configuration, and customization
• Design and develop Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Apex-based applications
• Ensure code quality, unit testing, and deployment best practices
• Work on Salesforce integration with external applications using APIs
• Troubleshoot and resolve Salesforce development and deployment errors
• Collaborate with USA-based teams and IT/Business stakeholders
• Configure and customize Salesforce objects, page layouts, record types, and workflows
• Maintain security, profiles, and access controls within Salesforce
