• Engage with requesters to understand and gather email campaign requirements
• Provide clear communication on project timelines and deliverables
• Handle client feedback and revisions efficiently
• Create pixel-perfect responsive email templates using HTML and CSS
• Ensure all emails adhere to branding guidelines and best practices
• Offer recommendations for design elements and email strategies to drive engagement
• Support and collaborate with the Marketing Automation team on daily US & Canadian campaigns
• Integrate developed email templates into Salesforce Marketing Cloud
• Write AMPscript to create personalized emails at scale
• Create and configure content creation automations
• Perform quality assurance, ensure email renders across browsers, devices and meets quality requirements
• Build web experiences using HTML/CSS/JavaScript (front end) a plus
• Maintain a clean and organized email design system codebase
