Developer This position is responsible for providing development and support of COTS applications in Corporate functions like Finance, Tax, Treasury, Workplace, Legal, Compliance. The individual engages with Corporate applications business, vendor and IT teams to provide required support. DISCOVER your opportunity What will your essential responsibilities include Coordinates technical development activities across onshore and offshore teams and ensures high quality application support is provided to meet business requirements Acts as the IT subject matter expert (SME) for given applications Work with respective application software vendors to get required support in software upgrades, Incident and request resolutions. Estimate work requests at various levels with confidence Coordinate with security, Infrastructure and database management teams to resolve Incident and requests. Review plan, effort estimates and provide feedback on gaps, timeline and execution feasibility Participate in KT sessions conducted by business teams and provide feedback on requirements Provide inputs to testing strategy, configuration, deployment, hardware/software requirement etc. Builds and maintains relationship with business teams SHARE your talent We\'re looking for someone who has these abilities and skills: Required Skills and Abilities: 4 years of application development using .Net, SQL server, supporting COTS and cloud based applications Strong Database concepts, 3+years of experience in MS SQL Server and Knowledge in Oracle. 3+ years of experience in enterprise-wide applications across multiple geographies Ability to work with business stakeholder and vendor teams Ability to support multiple applications concurrently. Corporate application support domain knowledge Good understanding of Cloud computing Experience in working with agile methodologies Education and Qualifications Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science or equivalent Ability to work independently with less supervision is required. Ability to do effective multi-tasking is required Able to organize self and others including effective scheduling, prioritization and time management skills, completing tasks to tight deadlines. Proven track record to provide a consistently first class customer service internally and/or externally Ability to build effective working relationships (Internally/Externally), establishing credibility amongst a wide and demanding client group Excellent verbal/written communication skills are required.
