As a Software Developer and an aspiring application/software architect, you will be a key member of our global Cloud Strategy and Frameworks team contributing extensively to develop and implement our cloud strategy, best practices, and frameworks. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including development, operations, security, and management, to drive the adoption of cloud services and drive cloud-based solutions across the organization. With your strong software development background, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, testing, and maintaining software applications.You will have the opportunity to learn and grow your skills while gaining hands-on experience in a professional IT environment. We are seeking highly motivated Technology Professionals/ /aspiring Architects/Software Developers who are passionate about IT and Cloud Computing Technologies. You will have the chance to execute real world challenges, work in a global team, act as a thought leader in order to advance Bosch\'s capabilities in cloud computing, volunteer, engage with cloud communities and cloud service providers and be part of a continuous learning organization.Responsibilities\xe2\x80\xa2 Actively collaborate with Cloud architects, Cloud Adoption teams, Migration Factory teams, realize Proof ofConcepts (PoC\'s), develop required software tools, dashboards etc.\xe2\x80\xa2 Act as a key point of contact and expert in the Software Development domain. Establish strong collaboration with developer communities & software teams within BD\xe2\x80\xa2 Provide support with the analysis of requirements, architecture design, selection, and implementation of cloud based systems and services across multiple cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP, Regional Clouds, Bosch Private Cloud etc.).\xe2\x80\xa2 Collaborate with DevOps teams to design and implement automated cloud deployment and managementprocesses.\xe2\x80\xa2 Establish necessary frameworks, blueprints based on Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) and strengthen overall adoption of cloud technologies\xe2\x80\xa2 Support implementation of "Cloud Smart Approach" and associated frameworks (e.g., establish Cloud Maturity Model)\xe2\x80\xa2 Continuously identify/scout for Cloud technology trends, tools, processes, best practices establish necessary steps based on learning to enable solid strategic decisions, support enhancement of BD cloud portfolio based on business case driven modernization choices.\xe2\x80\xa2 Implementation of cloud-agnostic Well-Architected Framework (e.g., Cloud Economics) within the organization\xe2\x80\xa2 Continuously grow your technical knowledge, cloud & software technology craftmanship to drive excellence\xe2\x80\xa2 Document your work, processes, and solutions to ensure knowledge sharing and ease of future reference.\xe2\x80\xa2 Attend training sessions, build community of practice, volunteer, engage in industry events and workshops to enhance your technical and professional skills.\xe2\x80\xa2 Actively provide guidance and training to team members, key stakeholders on cloud technologies, softwaredevelopment and best practices\xe2\x80\xa2 Build, develop and nurture internal (C/ID, CCY, delivery teams etc.) and external partnerships with key stakeholders (e.g., Public Cloud Providers)\xe2\x80\xa2 Work in an international, agile team and shape the future of Cloud Computing at BoschRequirementsThis role requires a good understanding of technologies used in Cloud Computing, IaaS, PaaS platforms, modern DevOps landscapes, cloud-native application architectures. The role demands strong work ethic, critical attention to detail, thoroughness, strong analytical, problem-solving skills, and the following qualifications:\xe2\x80\xa2 Bachelor\'s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or other similar interdisciplinary courses\xe2\x80\xa2 Proficiency in one or more programming languages (Java, Python, Go etc.).\xe2\x80\xa2 Strong understanding and experience with software development lifecycle and design principles.Participate in architectural discussions and contribute to designing scalable, modular, and robust software systems.\xe2\x80\xa2 Proven experience as a Software Developer on the cloud or in a similar role, with a track record of successful cloudadoption and migration projects.\xe2\x80\xa2 Knowledge of software development methodologies, environments, and processes (e.g., Jenkins, GIT, Gradle, DevOps principles etc.)\xe2\x80\xa2 Good understanding of Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC), automation and testing tools (e.g., Pulumi, Terraform, Ansible, CloudFormation).\xe2\x80\xa2 Knowledge of IT Infrastructure and Cloud Native Technologies (Containerization - Docker, microservices,serverless, Kubernetes, Virtualization, Networking, Azure, AWS, GCP etc.,)\xe2\x80\xa2 Strong understanding of security principles, cloud security best practices, data privacy, and compliance frameworks.\xe2\x80\xa2 Proficient in English, organizational skills, oral and written communication skills\xe2\x80\xa2 Excellent teamwork and communication skills to work in a culturally diversified team\xe2\x80\xa2 Willingness for continuous learning and ability to adapt quickly to new technologies\xe2\x80\xa2 Ability to work with minimal supervision, making decisions based upon priorities and schedule, team and target oriented\xe2\x80\xa2 Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, self-motivated and proactive approach\xe2\x80\xa2 Perform work in accordance with defined organization standards and guidelines
