The Individual should be passionate about technology, experienced in developing and managing cutting edge technology applications.Key Responsibilities:Designing, developing, and maintaining applications on the Salesforce platformCustomize Salesforce applications using Apex (Salesforce's proprietary programming language) and Visualforce (Salesforcexe2x80x99s framework for building user interfaces).Integrate Salesforce with third-party applications using REST, SOAP APIs, and middleware platforms.Write custom logic using Apex code to implement business rules and automation.Develop triggers, classes, and Visualforce pages to enhance Salesforce functionality.Troubleshoot key implementation issues and demonstrate ability to drive to successful resolution. Lead evaluation of business and technical requirements from a senior level.Identification and pro-active management of technical risk areas and commitment to seeing an issue through to complete resolution.Build relationships with business and technology partners, internal and external, and contributing to broader goals and growth beyond the scope of a single project.Skills Required:Technical expertise on , using Apex, Visual Force, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS, Ant and the use of these tools withAt least 1 year of experience in Salesforce LWC (Lightning Web Components)Hands-on experience with customization (Apex Triggers, Classes & Visual Force)Strong with configuration, customization, programming with Apex APIxe2x80x99s, Apex Triggers, Workflows with actions, Approval Processes, Reports & DashboardsFamiliarity with best practices, support mechanisms, procedures and limitations are requiredPlans, designs, develops and maintains multiple complex salesforce implementations. Responsible for relationship and quality of offshore programming effortsCollaborate across multiple scrum teams; Follow development, testing and deployment practices that are leading edge on the Salesforce platformAnalyzes problems, conducts root cause analysis, helps in resolution of problems using defined problem management procedure, and helps in application support and maintenance of customer applicationsExperience with at least full life cycle implementations on with 500+ user licensesAbility to work independently on assignmentsStrong knowledge of Agile Software development methodologies, design and architectural patternsWork closely with QA to review test plans and test cases and ensure quality of deliverables from the teamExcellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and analytical skills. Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable and courteous service to customers.
