Overview:Application Production support
Location:- Bangalore/Chennai
Skills - Java Microservices, Oracle SQL/PLSQL, Production support
Experience :- 3 to 7 yearsExperience in Java Microservices and Oracle sql/PLSQL.
Good experience in autosys monitoring tool.
Hands on experience in Incident management, Change management, Problem management.
Experience in servicenow ticketing tool.
Knowledge and experience of Java Microservices, Oracle SQL/PLSQL.
Ability to do analysis to fix production issues/handle high priority production issues.
Identifying areas for service improvement by analysing and diagnosing re-occurring platform and service incidents.
Participate in technical reviews at appropriate stages of development.
Work with IT support teams to ensure support and project requirements are developed and successfully implemented.
