Apply now!About the departmentDigital, Data & IT India is a team of 900+ highly skilled IT professionals located in Global Business Services (GBS) Bangalore. The main role of DD&IT India is to \'manage\' IT, which includes System Management, Project Management, Infrastructure Management, Compliance Management, Security Management, Process Management and Vendor Management. Commercial DD&IT department is an integral part of DD&IT India and is responsible for delivering projects and managing systems for Sales, Marketing, Medical & Market Access teams. In DD&IT, we drive projects, manage critical IT systems, services and infrastructure used along the entire value chain of Novo Nordisk.The PositionAs a Salesforce Developer, you will be responsible for supporting Commercial Excellence for developing and supporting IO FIT (IO Incentive & Compensation Solution) and commercial ecosystem with new digital capabilities across regions in International Operations (IO). It includes,

• Must be able to configure and customize Salesforce (SFDC) platform via objects, security settings, approval process, flows, group/sharing management, user access Management.
• Must have data migration skills using Data-Loader and familiar with Workbench and Inspector.
• Must have strong knowledge and experience in managing environments like post-refresh activities, package configuration, deployments, sandbox synchronization and maintenance.
• Must have experience in vendor management with strong negotiation skill in terms of capacity utilization, Sales IQ implementation and configuration related changes.
• Must have experience in Stakeholders management which includes requirement gathering, discussion and technical implementation for new customization is added advantage.

Additionally,

• Good to have experience in various complex reports development and dashboards.
• Good to have good hands-on experience with Apex and lightning to understand and implement custom logic.
• Good to have hands on experience in salesforce integration using API\xe2\x80\x99s.

QualificationsTo excel in this position, you should possess the following qualifications:

• A bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in information technology or computer science and engineering.
• At least 3 years of experience working with the front-end Salesforce platform.
• Background in the life science, healthcare, or pharmaceutical industry is strongly preferred.
• Good to have the Salesforce Administrator certification.
• Excellent communication skills in written and spoken English.
• Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, both internal and external.
• Vendor management with strong negotiation skills for capacity improvement.
