: Role: Service Portal-ServiceNow Developer Experience: 5 to 7 Years Location: Pune / Bangalore / Chennai / Hyderabad / Trivandrum / Kochi / Noida Must-Have Skills:

• ServiceNow (Service Portal, CSA, CIS, Integrations)
• Strong Core Java development experience
• Experience with Request workflows within ServiceNow
• Agile Scrum practices and methodology
• ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CIS)

Good to Have Skills:

• Java/J2EE skills
• HTML, Angular
• API development
• BPM workflows
• Experience in integrations and SOAP Service implementation

Roles/Responsibilities:

• Lead the technical delivery of ServiceNow development projects, ensuring quality and adherence to schedules
• Act as the technical point of contact for day-to-day operations and guide the team in solution design and implementation
• Work closely with business partners to understand requirements and translate them into deliverables
• Drive process improvements and standardization to improve service quality and efficiency
• Support management in planning deliveries, risk analysis, effort estimation, and emerging technology trends
• Document user case processes and BPM workflows, ensuring clear and actionable requirements
• Ensure efficient integration, deployment, and delivery of ServiceNow solutions

Skillsets:

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent verbal, written, and facilitation communication skills
• Ability to transform business requirements into end-to-end ServiceNow solutions
• Well-versed in ServiceNow class hierarchy, update sets, data layers, and UI actions
• Experience in integrating ServiceNow with external systems
