The opportunity We are looking for an experienced Technical Manager specializing in ML Architecture on Azure/AWS to join our innovative team. This role offers an exciting opportunity for seasoned professionals with 9-13 years of experience to lead ML architecture projects, drive technical excellence, and contribute to cutting-edge solutions in cloud environments.
Your key responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of ML architecture solutions on Azure/AWS cloud platforms.
• Define and implement best practices for ML model development, deployment, and monitoring, ensuring scalability, reliability, and security.
• Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and stakeholders to understand business requirements, design ML solutions, and drive project delivery.
• Manage ML pipelines, data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model training processes, optimizing for performance and efficiency.
• Architect and optimize cloud infrastructure for ML workloads, leveraging Azure/AWS services such as Azure ML, AWS SageMaker, and related technologies.
• Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and guidance to ML engineers, data scientists, and cross-functional teams.
• Conduct code reviews, performance analysis, and debugging of ML models and infrastructure components, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
• Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in ML, cloud computing, and AI/ML engineering.

Soft Skills

• Bachelor\'s or master\'s degree in computer science, engineering, or related field.
• 9-13 years of experience in ML architecture, cloud computing, and AI/ML engineering, with hands-on experience in Azure/AWS.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven track record of leading ML architecture projects from conception to implementation, delivering business value and technical excellence.
• Strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, managing multiple priorities and stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with a focus on continuous learning and improvement.

To qualify for the role, you must have

• A bachelor\'s or master\'s degree in computer science, engineering, or related field.
• 9-13 years of experience in ML architecture, cloud computing, and AI/ML engineering, with hands-on experience in Azure/AWS.
• Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to learning and development are essential for success in this role.

Ideally, you\xe2\x80\x99ll also have

• Experience with ML model deployment, monitoring, and optimization in production environments.
• Familiarity with Azure ML, AWS SageMaker, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and other ML frameworks and tools.
