EY-DET - Dotnet Senior - Technology Consulting


As part of our GDS Consulting team, you will be part of GDS Technology Consulting team delivering to clients across regions. The client base spans across various sectors and includes collaboration with other teams within Consulting services.

The opportunity


We're looking for Senior with expertise in .NET core, Microservices, Azure/AWS Cloud, Postman (API Developer portal). This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a leading firm whilst being instrumental in the growth of a new service offering.

Your key responsibilities

• Design, build and maintain efficient, reusable and reliable code
• Ensure the best possible performance, quality in building API Developer portal using Postman Tool
• Drive the project to achieve the milestone
• Identify bottlenecks and bugs, and devise solutions to mitigate and address these issues
• Understand existing application architecture and solution design
• Deep understanding of data structures, algorithms, programming patterns, and solving complex problems
• Experience with working with Agile methodology and scrums, and stand ups
• Demonstrated history of excellent troubleshooting, analytical. and problem-solving skills
• Proven track record of designing and delivering large-scale, high-quality systems and software products
• Strong written & oral communication skills
• Knowledge on HLD and other technical documentation
• Lead or Mentor junior and/or mid-level developers
• Review code and establish best practices

Skills and attributes

• 4 + years of Experience in Microsoft Technologies (Relevant) or as full stack (MEAN, MERN)
• Working experience in work on .Net Core, building Microservices
• Working experience on Postman and Swagger
• Working experience of designing & developing solutions in AWS/Azure Cloud
• Visual Studio, TFS, VSTS and GIT

To qualify for the role, you must have

• A bachelor's or master's degree
• Excellent communication skills with presentation experience preferred.
• As this is in an ODC engagement the candidate should be willing to work from office on all workdays.
• Candidate to be available in Bengaluru or Chennai only.
• Candidate should be willing to upskill on AWS for project needs.

Ideally, you'll also have

• Ability to drive the project and prioritize tasks into manageable work products.
• Can operate independently or with minimum supervision
