Responsibilities & Key DeliverablesDE and STA

Drawing, SOR & Specification study along with supplier for giving timely inputs to minimize design changes. (DFM / DFA )
PPAP submission to QA for closure and handing over for regular supplies.
Poka yoke implementation
Releasing schedules & Procuring parts based on project gateways to ensure smooth vehicle builds
Floating RFQ\'s for getting techno-commercial proposals from Suppliers.
Support SSU by providing information /data for commercial discussion and negotiation with suppliers.
Ensure cost viability of designs by giving inputs to Product Development regarding Raw Material availability/cost and process cost.
Commercial acumen: Cost estimation of the process, FTG involved & Packaging to accurately estimate CAPEX requirements-(develop and monitor the CAPEX)
Proactively identifying & resolving problems and maintaining quality standards
Good knowledge of quality tools and processes Ensure seamless flow of information on quality concerns to seniors.
APQP and tracking at all the stages of product development.
