JOB DESCRIPTION
1.) They may prepare ingredients, and handle baking or other kitchen equipment.
2.) In addition to being knowledgeable about the science behind the baking and pastry-making process, dessert chefs must also possess artistic skill in decorating cakes and other creations.
3.) They have to ensure that their kitchens comply with all health and safety regulations. In larger establishments, they may also be responsible for supervising and training staff members.
Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Indian Dessert Chef or Cook in a professional kitchen environment.
• In-depth knowledge of Indian Dessert culinary traditions, ingredients, and cooking techniques.
• Strong culinary skills with the ability to prepare and present a wide range of Indian Dessert dishes with authenticity and creativity.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure under pressure.
• Certification from a culinary school or equivalent training in Indian Dessert is preferred.
QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE :
Need young and energetic candidate with an experience of min 2 years in the food industry.
Preference will be given who can join Immediately.
