• Must have Excellent verbal and written communications skills to interact with international end-user Enterprise customers.
• Required to work in majorly US shifts
• Several years of experience in a desktop support or administration role, with a focus on modern desktop environments.
• Proficiency in managing Windows 10 operating systems and associated technologies.
• Understanding of client/server, networking, and Internet technologies fundamentals.
• Basic understanding of Windows Operating System Fundamentals
• Basic Understanding of Microsoft 365 Ecosystem
• Experience in network operations, software support or I.T. consulting.
• Candidates must also have strong customer service, accurate and logical problem solving, communication skills, and the ability to work in a team environment.

Experience related description for Office domain: -

• Have you helped with scenarios that involve installation and uninstallation of any software on the end user machines?
• Handling issues related to files on the machine and performance issues on the desktop.
• Comfortable in talking about memory specifications of the system.
• Able to differentiate between bitness (32 bit vs 64 bit) devices.
• Understands difference between workgroup and domain.
• Handled patch management (Windows updates) on the end user machines.
