Key Responsibilities:
• Technical Support : Provide first-level support for desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripherals.
• Troubleshooting : Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues, both in-person and remotely.
• Installation & Configuration : Install, configure, and upgrade operating systems and software applications.
• User Assistance : Assist users with technical issues, including connectivity problems, software installations, and email configuration.
• Documentation : Maintain accurate records of issues, resolutions, and user interactions in the ticketing system.
• Maintenance : Perform regular maintenance and updates on computer systems, including virus scans and software updates.
• Network Support : Assist in troubleshooting network connectivity issues and configuring network devices.
• Inventory Management : Keep track of IT assets, including hardware and software inventory.
• Training : Provide basic training to users on hardware and software usage.
