Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly motivated and technically proficient Desktop Support IT Executive to provide top-notch technical support for our employees' desktops, laptops, and mobile devices. The ideal candidate will have excellent problem-solving skills, a strong technical background, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and resolve them in a timely and efficient manner
- Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, and mobile devices
- Ensure compliance with company IT policies and procedures
- Collaborate with other IT team members to resolve technical issues
- Develop and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base
- Provide training and guidance to employees on IT-related matters
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- At least 0-1 years of experience in desktop support or a related IT field
- Proficiency in Windows, macOS, and mobile device operating systems
- Strong knowledge of hardware and software troubleshooting
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?21,000.00 per month
