• Provide Technical Support for Desktop, Lotus Dominos mail client and MS office products.
• Installation and troubleshooting of Operating systems (Windows 10)
• Assisting users for any issues in their day-to-day IT operations
• Monitoring the pending tickets and ensure regular updates
• Troubleshooting 1st level Local network related issues
• Troubleshooting 1st level laptop hardware related issues
• Monitor the ticket SLAs and act against the SLA warnings
• Troubleshoot application related issues
• Configure & update Antivirus software
• Resolve all Hardware and Paper Jam Issues with respect to Printers
• Coordinate with Hardware support teams and resolve any hardware failures in the printers
• Resolve any issues for the print service due to virus in the network.
• Basic understanding on working of Active Directory, DNS, DHCP
