L1/Desktop support EngineerExp - fresher/ExpRoles and ResponsibilitiesExperience diagnosing and troubleshooting basic hardware and software issues on Desktop, Laptop, PrinterProviding End User Support and Remote SupportExperience with remote desktop applications and remote troubleshooting techniques.Experience in managing and supervising a team in the delivery of high quality work outputs and team performance.Experience in addressing complex issues and demonstrated problem management.Desktop Support up to Client Level including Hardware, Software and Networking ProblemsTroubleshooting desktop / laptop OS issues.Hardware knowledge on servers/switches/storage devices.

  • Installation and configuration of operating Systems such as Windows 7 & Windows 10 & Linux
Configuration & Troubleshooting of Outlook Issues.Continues check on hardware problems, virus Patch updates, system hardware configuration updates
  • Installation & Configuration of various Networks under Windows Domain.
  • Installation & troubleshooting of Local and Network Printers.
Troubleshooting network connectivity in a LAN/WAN environmentKnowledge on VPN configuration and troubleshooting.Knowledge on vendor management and asset management.Knowledge for Assembling Desktop
  • Laptop Troubleshooting like Keypad, Battery, SSD Replacement
L2 ( Experience Needed )
  • Knowledge on configuration of Operating Systems Laptops /Desktops.
  • Troubleshooting all types of Hardware, software & Network LAN related issues wherein providing good support for internal clients of the Organization
  • Resolving all kind of Network problems and troubleshooting of LAN connectivity issues
  • Active Directory User Creation, Permission, Group Creation.
  • MS Outlook 2010/2013/ Office 365 Installation & Troubleshooting, Outlook and Email backup,
  • Managing overall day to day operations Via Ticketing tool
  • Managing DNS and DHCP servers and troubleshoot network related issues.
  • Knowledge of Video Conferencing devices.
  • MS office, Ms. Word, Power point and outlook all kind of problems.
  • Knowledge on functional and technical support, troubleshooting and diagnosing hardware and software problems with laptops/Desktops.
  • Installation and configuration of Network Printers by using print Server and manually.
  • Providing Remote Support of Client For problem solving.
  • Preparing Daily Reports, fortnight and Monthly reports
  • Handling the escalations from User
  • VPN installation and configuration.
  • Windows Server Installation 2019,2016,2012,R2 and Knowledge of Raid 0,1,5
  • Data Backup of all users, Local and Network Printer configuration, troubleshooting Software troubleshooting update and patch installation.
