xc3x98 Installing, reloading, reconfiguring of any desktop/ office automation software, E-mail clients, browsers,
applications, clients of any application etc., as and when required.
xc3x98 Re-establishing the network connectivity and application availability after any hardware/ software failure.
xc3x98 In case of hard disk failure, the engineer should retrieve the data & transfer to the replaced disk.
xc3x98 Ensuring latest version of antivirus software is loaded on all Pcs / Laptops & is active at all times.
xc3x98 PC audit for all location.
xc3x98 Aware of Installation & troubleshooting of critical applications & their usage guidelines.
