• 3+ years of hands-on experience desktop support
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Provide technical support for desktop systems, including installation, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of hardware and software issues.
• Utilize Azure Cloud services to manage and support virtual machines, storage solutions, and other cloud-based resources
• Perform regular maintenance and updates on desktop systems to ensure optimal performance and security.
• Assist in troubleshooting network-related issues, including connectivity problems and configuration of network devices.
• Work closely with other IT team members and departments to ensure seamless support and implementation of IT solutions.
• Assist users remotely with help or remote support tools
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

### Requirements

Technical Skills - Certifications Mandatory - AZ104 • Proficiency in Windows and macOS operating systems.
• Experience with Azure Cloud services, including virtual machines, storage solutions, and network configurations.
• Knowledge of Active Directory and Group Policy management.
• Familiarity with common desktop applications and remote support tools
• Basic understanding of networking principles and troubleshooting
• Knowledge of virtualization like Hyper-V or VMware
• Knowledge of ITIL framework
