Provide technical assistance to all desktop and printer issues of the end users \xc2\xb7 Supporting users by providing a timely and clear indication of the nature of the problem, the estimated time to completion, and possible interim alternatives \xc2\xb7 Escalating unresolved problems according to established procedures set forth. \xc2\xb7 Diagnosing, verifying, recording and reporting errors on desk side. \xc2\xb7 Desktop, Laptop, Print, WiFi Equipment Support \xc2\xb7 Fault diagnosis and support to desk side Windows/ Operating system. . Windows, O365, & Outlook Configuration and troubleshooting. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: \xe2\x82\xb915,000.00 - \xe2\x82\xb925,000.00 per month Shift:
- Day shift
- Kalina, Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
- Bachelor\'s (Preferred)
