Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Technical Support:
• Respond to support requests via phone, email, or ticketing system.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues on desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripherals.
• Provide basic network support, including connectivity issues and account management.
• Installation and Configuration:
• Install, configure, and upgrade operating systems and software applications.
• Set up new computer systems and ensure they are ready for use by employees.
• Install and configure peripherals such as printers, scanners, and external drives.
• Maintenance:
• Perform routine maintenance tasks such as system updates, antivirus scans, and disk cleanups.
• Monitor system performance and provide proactive solutions to prevent issues.
• Assist in maintaining inventory records of hardware and software assets.
• User Training and Documentation:
• Provide basic training to end-users on the use of hardware, software, and IT policies.
• Create and maintain documentation of common issues and solutions.
• Update and maintain knowledge base articles for internal use.
• Collaboration and Escalation:
• Collaborate with other IT team members to resolve complex issues.
• Escalate unresolved issues to higher-level support or specialized teams.
• Follow up on escalated issues to ensure timely resolution.
• Security:
• Adhere to IT security policies and procedures.
• Assist in implementing security measures to protect data and systems.
• Report security incidents or vulnerabilities to the appropriate team.

Pay: ?9,568.78 - ?30,778.24 per month
