Responsibilities
  • Providing phone, email, remote, and in-person support to troubleshoot various technical problems
  • Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, peripherals, and networking equipment
  • Resolving issues with internet connectivity, printers, scanners, and other equipment
  • Performing troubleshooting to diagnose system failures and identifying root causes
  • Escalating complex issues to the appropriate teams if unable to resolve them independently
  • Providing new system orientation and training to end users
  • Documenting technical issues and solutions in a ticketing system
Requirements
  • Diploma/Graduation
  • Min 1 years of experience working in a similar role.
  • Ability to understand customer requirements precisely.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a team.
  • Good customer service skills.
  • Skills to educate non-technical users on utilizing technology
  • Apply logical thinking to tackle technical challenges
  • Prioritize and handle high volumes of support requests
Job Type: Full-time Pay: 15,000.00 - 25,000.00 per month Schedule:
  • Day shift
Work Location: In person Expected Start Date: 22/05/2024
