Job Description

\xef\x82\xb7 Manage and monitor all installed systems and infrastructure.
\xef\x82\xb7 Install, configure, test and maintain operating systems, application software and system
management tools.
\xef\x82\xb7 Proactively ensure the highest levels of systems and infrastructure availability
\xef\x82\xb7 Monitor and test application performance for potential bottlenecks, identify possible
solutions, and work with developers to implement those fixes.
\xef\x82\xb7 Maintain security, backup, and redundancy strategies.
\xef\x82\xb7 Write and maintain custom scripts to increase system efficiency and lower the human
intervention time on any tasks.
\xef\x82\xb7 Participate in the design of information and operational support systems.
\xef\x82\xb7 Liaise with vendors and other IT personnel for problem resolution.
\xef\x82\xb7 Knowledge in Python, Eclipse, Crystal reports will be added advantage.
\xef\x82\xb7 Candidate must have good communication skill and programming skill.
Qualifications:
\xef\x82\xb7 Bachelors degree in computer science engineering or information technology.
\xef\x82\xb7 Fresher or with minimum 1 year experience in a similar role
\xef\x82\xb7 Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues
\xef\x82\xb7 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
\xef\x82\xb7 Ability to work in a team and collaborate across multiple departments
\xef\x82\xb7 Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, ERP tools, and relevant skillsets listed
